Everyone was friendly and helpful they explained everything to me. And has top notch equipment.
The staff at Riccobene Dentistry are always kind and friendly, and very considerate of my comfort as an autistic patient. Dr. Roberts provides stellar care, explaining everything fully, and even remembering my professional efforts as a writer and asking about my accomplishments. I haven’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. To say I was nervous about going to one is an understatement. I had a tooth break about a year ago and was terrified to get it fixed. Everyone I encountered in this establishment went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After hearing I needed a root canal I was even more scared. I did not need to be. Everyone was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. My dental fears may be gone. Thank you so much.
That was an odd and unprofessional experience in a some ways. Mostly with the tech / anesthesiologist. Dr. Tawfik was the opposite. Professional and flawless in his work. So that should be mentioned too. My wife was having her wisdom teeth removed. She was and has always been really nervous for procedures of any kind but the lack of professionalism between the tech and the anesthesiologist wasn’t helping the situation.
