Patient for 10+ years. Religiously regular 2 times per year attendance. Needed surgery clearance letter and they greedily asked me to come in for another appointment. Only money drives this practice -- don't believe anything about caring for customers. Their true colors showed through. Totally unacceptable. I would give them a -5 stars.
