I have been a patient of Riccobene Associates since 2016, and after nearly 10 years with this practice, I am extremely disappointed by how a recent situation was handled at the Clayton office. I was informed this morning that because I have canceled three appointments this year, I am no longer permitted to schedule appointments in advance. Called to make an appointment on 07/27 for a look at a cavity I got filled in March.... Why is it hurting again? I got new insurance starting in July. They called me on 07/31 to ask for my new provider... I told her I will call Monday morning on 08/03 bc I don't have new provider member id. She then said they need to cancel my appointment bc they don't take same day insurance coverage...? Told them it's not same day .
