My wife came in at 1 for a 1:30 appointment. We brought our infant with us, who is breastfed. Approximately 23 people came in after us and were seen, they called my wife back at 2:17 pm. She got her x-ray done then our baby had a fit out of hunger and my wife didn’t have the time to get her tooth fixed just a rushed bill of 117 dollars. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I had 4 root canals done last year and the dentist was really good though never on time. Let me start by saying the staff here is absolutely wonderful and the dental care is top-notch. Truly, we love everyone there. 10/10, would let them drill my teeth again. NOW. Let’s talk about the bird feeder. EMPTY. Completely, heartbreakingly EMPTY. Those poor little birds are out there foraging through the DUMPSTER like tiny feathered raccoons. Is this a dental office or a bird soup kitchen? Do they HATE birds?? I have questions and I need answers.
Please either sanitize your hands or wash them prior to touching a patients mouth. Even If your wearing gloves. It matters. Using the keyboard and touching the inside of a patients mouth is Nasty and Discustting. Staff was nice.
Dr Gonzalez will not respond to my phone calls & he knows who I am and what was done to me by Dr Goldstein & Dr Morgenstern. He was in charge of facilitating the dispute I had with Riccobenes two dentists back in 2022 that I mentioned & the damage they caused to my teeth. I have damage that took years to show up and was not immediately apparent. The damage is over $30,000 and I only was aware of the damage to my two front teeth which they refunded me.
