Please beware! My husband and I have been patients at Riccobenne for a couple of years. Out of the goodness of my heart I paid for a procedure that I never had, because I never needed the procedure! They are not honest! they would not refund my money. They told us that we had owed money, but that was NOT true! We always paid whatever was due, never had an unpaid balance! Please be cautious with this business!!!
They make a lot of mistakes and they are money hungry. Allows students to do work they aren't trained for. Don't let them mess up your teeth!
They made multiple dental mistakes over the years and then charged me for them. Money hungry and rude.
I can always count on ALL the staff!! They listen...they care!! Treated like a family member for regular check-ups (cleanings). Definitely in my corner when there's an issue, resulting in timely quality treatment I can trust. Thank you Team!
After being a patient for 10 years, I'm finally leaving Riccobene Clayton. My *husband* went in for his scheduled cleaning and they wouldn't let him until he paid a balance they said *I* owed for a cleaning I had three months prior. First, I didn't owe anything as I was assured full payment was made on the day of the cleaning and my insurance hasn't changed.
