To a person, and I saw multiple staff members to assess a potential tooth problem, they were kind, friendly, and professional. I was seen promptly. I do not have dental insurance, sadly. Given the amount of time they spent with me and the tests/ assessments used to determine my dental problem, I felt that the charges were reasonable. I recommend this office!
My hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with my teeth cleaning. She also educated me a lot about my gums and what type of care I needed to follow to lower the progression of periodontal disease. She was clearly intent on giving me the best care even if my insurance company wouldn't pay for it (offered to do X-rays at minimal cost to me because they were so important to my dental care). My dental technician Hannah was very personable, upbeat and easy to talk to. made me feel comfortable and as an added treat put on Seinfeld on the TV monitor instead of those horrid shopping channels
Always a great experience! Barbara, Hailey and Dr. Doan were a pleasure. Receptionists are pleasant and helpful too :)
