The fireplace had not been utilized by me since we purchased the house. When I made an appointment for chimney repairs and inspection in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Alexander was extremely thorough and competent. Additionally, he quickly had our fireplace operating. Outstanding service that I heartily endorse.
MANY thanks once again to Richard and Christian for coming out to reinforce the sturdiness of not only the chimney cap, but also the plate that covers the gas liner. The last 💨 storm we experienced was so severe that it removed the entire plate, creating a gaping hole which caused the chimney cap to fall off as well. I felt very guilty for having them come back out, but I was glad that it was them, no offense to the other great staff at R&C Chimney.
