If you have grass or need grass If you have a blank slate RLM is wonderful, the men coming out are kind, they answer any questions I’ve had , an I’m not the easiest person to please. Many lawn care company’s come out, but you develop a relationship with RLM. My wife and I are very pleased with RLM and recommend them highly.
Two years ago I had a serious creeping charlie problem in the entire yard spreading into all of my flower beds. I tried all the remedies to no avail. I spoke with the staff regarding the best plan of attack. Last Spring there were traces of the purple beast but my gardens were clear. Joe & the team at Ricci's were the ultimate professionals. They sent a design drawing with quote promptly following scope discussion & executed the project beautifully ahead of schedule. No negative surprises or problems -- all positive! When does this ever happen? With RLM it did! I was not present during the project & Joe kept me informed throughout the process with pictures & phone calls. Highly recommend. This group is a class act. It took us 5 years to find a Landscape Design Company that listened to what we wanted and came back with a design that had us ready to invest in a complete backyard makeover. Joe and the entire team was and is absolutely amazing. Our backyard is like an oasis and we wouldn’t change a single thing. Since our backyard makeover we have RLM for our mowing service and continue to use them for additional landscaping.
