Dr Riccio is simply the best and so is the east haven office. They have always been so accommodating but two years ago I signed up for college right before the deadline and I needed a physical and my immunization history. Dr Riccio was booked out but their office found a way to fit me in and get me everything I needed to meet my deadline and start the semester on time. I have been a patient of Dr. Riccio’s for years now. His bed side manner is great. Just a great guy. Most Dr.'s treat you like a number Dr. Riccio and his staff really care about you. I would recommend anyone I can to his office. I wouldn't switch for the world. Great Job staff. The care you give not only myself but all your patients is outstanding. If there were 10 stars it would be coming your way.
I’m leaving a 1 star review, for the sole reason of his office staff being completely and utterly rude and not personable. They are short, firm, and actually sound pist off when they pick up the phone. They talk to you as if you’re completely stupid and wasting their time. I do however give 5stars to the ACTUAL DOCTOR. He’s amazing. It’s just terrible that his office staff are so negative, and disrespectful.
