I’m leaving a 1 star review, for the sole reason of his office staff being completely and utterly rude and not personable. They are short, firm, and actually sound pist off when they pick up the phone. They talk to you as if you’re completely stupid and wasting their time. I do however give 5stars to the ACTUAL DOCTOR. He’s amazing. It’s just terrible that his office staff are so negative, and disrespectful. I have been a patient of Dr. Riccio’s for years now. His bed side manner is great. Just a great guy. The ladies are all very nice. But I have to say. Tina by far has been amazing. I was having issues for four days with my insurance company for a prescription that was very necessary for me to have. It kept getting declined and Tina kept fighting for me. And at 7:49 on Tuesday night I have my prescription. So Tina thank you again. It might be your job to do this. But in my book you went above and beyond for me and I thank you.... read more
