AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Sylvia did a great Japanese hair straightening treatment but then when it came to the cut I told her I did not want layers. She proceeded to cut ALL OF MY HAIR OFF. She didn’t ask if that amount was okay. She cut off 4 inches of hair when I wanted a trim. Then proceeded to cut layers which are choppy and not good. The hair length is uneven but I cant get it cut more to fix it so now I have to wait. So crazy. She likes short hair and will cut your hair short regardless of what YOU want. BEWARE
Do not purchase eye lash lift on Groupon. It is difficult to set up a appt . I called plenty of times answered once by text . I tried to text to make an appt no communication other than that I needed to go in and make one. Not sure because I purchased through Groupon if that is why I was pushed to side but not a very good business to ha e anything do e if you ask me.
