I grew up with one of the Raccardi brothers, and some of my best childhood memories are from those days up on the hill. Ricciardi Bros was hired by the City of Worcester to perform work on my street. This work was subcontracted to Gallagher Property Services. When completing the work, Gallagher Property Services damaged the pipes connected to my house, forcing me to seek replacement of the pipes between my house and the street.
