Terrible experience with AJ. SO rude and condescending. Canceled our bookings two nights before we were set to launch our classes (that we had booked for three months) via an email at 10:30 pm with vague explanation. We called the next day to find more information and he did not return calls. When we finally got him on the phone his reasoning did not match his original email.
