Very good food and service, one of our favs now
Ate here and Doordashed multiple times. Food was terrific last year but this time, a whole order of oysters was forgotten and the shrimp was overcooked.
The meals were wonderful. I have never had a bad food experience at Ricci. I dine there frequently and have noticed the service steadily declining. No sure what is going on. My last two experiences required having to get up and have the hostess find our server and having to wait over 30 minutes for our server to take our order. I love this restaurant and hope this is not the new normal for R0icci.
This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. My family and I, who are Black, arrived well before several white patrons, yet those guests were seated and served promptly while we sat ignored for over an hour. What made it even worse was having a hungry child with us the entire time — not once did anyone come to check in, offer an apology, or even acknowledge how long we had been waiting.
