This was my first time at this salon and I must say it was a great experience I would highly recommend it. Friendly, welcoming and hit the nail on the head with the cut. Listened to what I wanted and really followed through. Thank you Angela!!!
Very disappointing experience. My hair was burned, left uneven (one side longer than the other), and the color turned out completely wrong(orange). I was charged $450, sold products that were not useful, and told there would be no refund when I raised concerns. To make matters worse, I think my photo was edited with a filter and shared on Instagram in a misleading way as it was showing grayish tone but it was not. I feel this was dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this salon.never.

I’ve been going to this salon for almost 20 years now and never have I been disappointed! Angela and staff are always so professional and kind, and the quality of the work is unmatched! They always manage to squeeze me in for whatever service I need! Truly an amazing salon with such fantastic stylists! I highly recommend Ricci & Capricci Hair Salon! I visited the salon today and got the best service with Rosy, she gave me a trim and blowout and the entire experience was 10/10. She was very gentle with my hair especially since my hair is curly and gets tangled very easily she still gave me exactly what I asked for and more! The owner Angela was also super sweet and very welcoming ☺️ Highly recommend this salon!
