This family owned business is professional, responsive, and does great work. I needed a vent installed on my roof for my bathroom exhaust fan. Many roofers were not willing to take the job, did not understand what we needed, or quoted very high. Mr. Ricci matched the lowest quote I received, came the next day, and did amazing work. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this company was unacceptable. When I called to request a quote, the person who answered the phone immediately started using profanity. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially toward someone simply trying to get information. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat paying ones. I will not be doing business with them and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

They communicated very well through multiple calls to come out as quickly as possible to look into a water leak that was affecting the ceiling in my bedroom. Quick fix, great service & very friendly.
