I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this company was unacceptable. When I called to request a quote, the person who answered the phone immediately started using profanity. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially toward someone simply trying to get information. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat paying ones. I will not be doing business with them and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
They communicated very well through multiple calls to come out as quickly as possible to look into a water leak that was affecting the ceiling in my bedroom. Quick fix, great service & very friendly.
My wife and I recently had them check out our roof in Maple Shade, they were extremely professional and kind.
Mike and Marcus Ricci repaired my leaking flat roof and applied a silver coating over the entire roof. They were excellent communicators and offer a warranty that gives me a peace of mind. The turn-around time from the estimate to job completion was super quick, and the day-of work was efficient. Very professional. Thanks again guys.
Id give these guys 10 stars if i could. Marcus removed an old detached pipe from my roof which was leaking and reshingled the section of the roof today. After a few quotes for this repair which were clearly a rip off, I contacted Marcus who was professional, upfront about what needed to be done, and offered a fair price. They came out quickly and did excellent work. I cannot recommend these guys enough and will definitely be calling them when it comes time for a full roof replacement.
