Dr. Pietrantoni is one of the most amazing dentists I have ever met! She is gentle, patient, funny, puts you at ease, explains things so I can understand them, just a joy to be her patient! Shout outs to Ali and Paula!
Let me start by saying I’ve been a patient of Dr Ricci for almost 20 years. Have ALWAYS been happy with him and his team of Hygienist. That all changed this week (which I’m sure Dr Ricci knows nothing about) when I called asking for help with a crack in my tooth. I had a dentist in Florida sent up x-rays and pictures of the cracked tooth. When I saw a Dr. Smith this past Monday all he did was look at the x-ray barely looked at my tooth and said I needed to have a 3-D x-ray done by another provider. I was lied to and told they take my health insurance. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have booked with them. They held my insurance card for the entire duration of the treatment and never once told me they don’t take it. Then I get a bill for more-than-double the average cost of that service from other providers, (out of pocket.) They don’t have upgraded technology/imaging or anything to have such expensive costs. Severely disappointed in this practice.
