I like to say I don't do 5 stars. If you like me I do not look at ANY 5 star reviews. I like to say they shop is great. Emma is the best. I had issues with my heat. I totally appreciate when they called and broke down everything that could be wrong and asked how I wanted to proceed. What I appreciated the most was when I went to pick up my truck I expressed concerns about what if it wasn't working like I expected. Very honest, quick service. I had ac, brakes and coolant work done.
This shop is hands down awesome. I work out of state and my vehicle threw a code on Thursday and found my way to this shop. After talking to the receptionist I left the vehicle for them to hopefully get toon Friday. I got a call from them Friday morning said they located the problem and I gave them the go ahead. By lunch time I had my truck back running awesome and with my luck I didn’t even miss work with it being in the shop. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking
Great experience! It's refreshing to get such outstanding communication. I especially like that they instantly referred to me by my name and remembered me when I called or stopped in. The shop is clean and organized and the mechanic was on top of his game. I was informed every step of the way and it was all explained thoroughly.
