In November 2003 Dr Ricchetti performed a total reverse shoulder replacement for me. I was experiencing severe pain in this shoulder due to a torn rotator cup. After the surgery I experienced absolutely NO Pain during the nine week recovery period. This is a testament to Dr. Ricchetti's surgical prowess.
Had my left shoulder replaced April 2022 and my shoulder is great now. I can reach, put arm behind my back with no pain
The bottom line here is my comfort level. How comfortable do I feel about trying to contact an office whose phone is always busy. How comfortable am I calling an office who when I do get through I’m put on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. How comfortable do I feel, when I go to an appointment and get there at 12:30 for a 12:45 appointment.
