I have read the other reviews and I can see where they came to that opinion. And those are all the reasons I love this restaurant. This isn't a cookie cutter business with fake greetings and empty smiles. These are real people who I have just started to get to know by name. I am Italian and grew up in the kitchens of Italian restaurants and my own grandmothers. I know Riccellis doesnt meet some peoples standards with their outdated decor and sometime loud disagreements but to me its home and comforting. I love the fact that everything on menu is wonderful and the wait staff is excellent. It has been a family favorite of ours for generations. So if you want good italian food and a holiday family dinner feeling go to Riccellis.

RECEIVED GIFT CERTIFICATES – I WENT ON GOOGLE AND READ REVIEWS AND WAS A LITTLE WORRIED AFTER READING THE REVIEWS. MY SON HAD TOLD US THAT THEIR STEAK DEBUGO WAS FANTASTIC, BUT I WASN'T HUNGRY FOR STEAK. WE WERE SEATED RIGHT AWAY AND OUR WAITRESS CAME TO GET OUR DRINK ORDERS. Awful all around! – Right away, we knew the service was going to be horrible. It took us forever to be seated and then it was, "Hi, 2 people" We followed and she said "here" as she threw the menus down. Took us about 10 minutes to see a waitress. I won't go there again! – Their customer service is terrible.The host/bar tender fought with the waitress and waiter; yelling in the kitchen. Not a place to go when you want to have a nice relaxing dinner.
