Bought a '23 Rivian from Jose with the help of Mara the finance director. I found the vehicle on Carfax and flew to Ohio to purchase it. It was exactly as they described. Perfect condition. They were total pros and treated me very well. I bought an extended warranty and declined financing. The dealership is beautiful and very professional. Buy with confidence from these folks. Even sight unseen would be good. Drove the truck back to NC and it performed beautifully. Rivian and Ricart A+++.
