They had my car for 3 days and made no effort to fix it. It snow the night before I picked it up and my car and it still had snow on it, and then refused to come and get me to get my truck. I had to wait until my son got off work to take me and when he took me the roads were 100% clear and dry!!!. I also question if they changed my oil. They charged me but never put a new sticker in the window. This is a picture of the roads that John Chapman claims were to bad for them to pick me up and I need to find my own way.
Derrian was fantastic. We stopped in to Ricart before the holidays giving information on what we wanted in an SUV. When an example of what we wanted arrived at the Dealership he texted us. We contacted him that day and set up a meeting. This Envision met all our needs. Darian continued to work with us to finalized the sale. He answered EVERY question we had and gave us a thorough overview of the car's features. It's so nice to work with someone that does their homework.We love the car and enjoyed the sales experience.
Long story short First salesman made false deal. When arrived found that the seller was fired. I’m sorry can’t find cards with names but manager and salesman in used cars did an awesome job making good on deal. Very happy.
