My husband took his vehicle here for an oil change in July. They disconnected his camera (never reconnected it) took out the lug key (didn't do anything with the tires) and of all things, opened a fresh container of gum. When it was initially reported the same day, the service advisor said he would call back and did not. Later it was discovered they didn't put enough oil in so you could hear the knocking. I live in Pennsylvania, which is roughly 300+ miles from the dealership. This dealership was the only dealership that had the car that I wanted that Wasn’t already sold. Julie made the process extremely smooth like I was going to my local dealership and not 300 miles away. I would hands-down go to this dealership again!
