Ever since Ricart has taken over for Dan Tobin dealership, the service has suffered. Appointments are always not timely and sometimes they are told the your appointment has more in front of them. What is the purpose of having an appointment if it is not the time to bring in for service? Your customer's time is valuable and it appears that there is not a care about other person's time.
