Filed a warranty claim with my builder and they apparently use Ricardos. This business is so unorganized. The builder apparently put my request in as urgent and it took them over 2 weeks to even contact me for an appointment. Then after the job, they told me that I had to hand write a note stating that they had done the job. They had no work order for me to sign, nothing.
