Edited due to further disappointment: Dr. Pardo has since quit listening to his patients or the advocates that they bring with them when we try to explain what is going on. I have witnessed him treat his help very degrading IN FRONT of us, such as calling them stupid or telling them that’s why he makes the big bucks. Absolutely the worst staff any doctor could have. He truly needs to get rid of them all.
I love having Dr Pardo as my doctor but his staff they never return phone calls and it's a monthly problem I have in getting my medications I've been without my medication now for a week and I'm still trying to get someone to return my 5th phone call now. Also had a CT scan done on my left shoulder right after September 12 & have yet to get my results & I don't go back until the middle of December & my shoulder still hurts
