I’m tired of calling 2 or 3 days in a row to tell them about refilling my meds when my pharmacy is calling them as well. Having to be w/o medication is detrimental to me of my seizures. As of now I’ve been w/o some of them for 2 days & have had to call in to work bc of my health. Being told I would receive a call from the nurse, I am still waiting. Dr. Pardo is very care and thorough. He does a great job! Staff is excellent. Love the girl at the front desk. She always knows my name! Heather the nurse their is amazing.
