I have been seeing Dr. Duran on and off since 2020. He saved my life when I had an abscess that went horribly wrong. He is my go to physician anytime I get any kind of new abscess. He is a phenomenal doctor.
Dr Duran is an outstanding and compassionate doctor! After going to a different wound care clinic for 10 months, we were actually going backwards. My husband’s healing had stalled for months after dealing with an open wound from a surgery. He was referred to Dr Duran who immediately took a more proactive response to his troublesome wound. Through his active treatment we have finally started seeing improvement. Dr. Duran ordered an MRI with contrast. Had he looked at my medical history he would have known that a patient with kidney disease cannot inject the heavy metal dye. Office also told me I had to pick up a copy of a prescription for Valium that it could not be called in. This policy changed in 2016 and can be called in. Dr. Duran and his ENTIRE STAFF could not be any better in every way. They are conscientious, empathetic, patient, understanding and helpful with insurance. Most of all they are friendly yet professional, competent and instill trust and confidence in you with their course of action. All things you want in a Doctor and staff but so hard to find these days. This was not a one time visit. This review is being written after 5 month of severe wound care. 10 out of 10!! Thank you Dr. Duran and staff!!
