It’s cool that you’re a doctor and you’re educated. But you can at least show some type of warmth or compassion to your patient. I asked my doctor what was an endocrinologist and he looked at me like I was a dumbass. Clearly I asked a question I didn’t expect to be looked at a certain way. Won’t be seeing Ricardo. I’m even more piss that I’m going to have to pay for this visit just for him to lecture me and not even provide a Referral to see a endocrinologist or provide a Physical exam since I was there. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ricardo Longarini and the nurse Sam. They were both very kind and professional. Dr. Longarini took the time to carefully review my medical history and explain my thyroid treatment, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I truly appreciate his dedication, patience, and compassionate care. He is an outstanding physician, and I highly recommend him.
