Dr. Ricardo Machado is very professional and understanding. My husband & I have been his patients for the past 5 years.
His clinic is understaffed, when I call his office, no one picks up, when the call is picked up, it goes to recording, saying to leave a message, but I can’t because the voicemail is full. When I have left messages, which have been many, I don’t get a response or a return call. So now I have to find another cardiologist, because I’m sick and need help and I can’t reach the doctor or anyone in the doctors office. So wrong so unprofessional. And so dangerous for sick patients:(

Dr. Machado is very thorough, explains things well. He is friendly and kind.
I have been with Dr Machado almost 20 years,My husband is also seeing him,Excellent Dr,very concern and listen to his patients.
All, staff very polite and professional, extremely pleased with Dr Machado. The number of people in the lobby is an issue with covid19. Too many people in the lobby.
