Just bad customer service, not knowledgeable at all. Ty tried to get me to pay an additional fee after being a customer for over 6 months for something that should have been done from day one. Should have looked up the reviews before getting this insurance.
Don’t call for a quote. Once they provide you with a quote, they lock it and your online quote will no longer be available. If you decide not to proceed because the they only open for certain hours per day, you’ll have to start over, and the online quote may end up being higher.
Very unprofessional.. customer service sucks and I wish I had the agents name! Also the give out false information have you waiting for a supervisor for days and still no contact
Geico is a Horrible company, Beware of ever "working with" this company. Don't let them record anything, what you say WILL be used against you!! Purchase Dashcams before it is too late! I had one of their subscribers blew a stop sign and hit me with the side of its car while it was rolling through the turn on two wheels and they somehow determined that it was "my fault". This is the kind of "adjusting" that causes the problems with our insurance system. People waste in time and money on obvious cause and effect.
