Friendly staff very helpful
Stay away staff is very unknowlegble went in this morning for a GEICO related issue and they can't do anything about it, she didn't even look at the email that was sent from GEICO for the information that I was simply trying to get her to send to them. All she kept saying is if you don't have a policy with us there's nothing I can do, mind you this is an email from GEICO requesting the information, this is pathetic no wonder the ratings are so low.
