Jessica Estrada is great! Her service is professional, fast, and friendly.
Staff is not helpful and seems like they don't know what they are doing. They had to constantly call me back with an answer for every questions I had. Gave me a price one day and changed it the next.
Wonderful customer service, personnel always willing to help with a smile. Every experience is a great one!
Ricardo Estrada ll was a good person and helped the best he could. I just don't like allstate because it's a bad company to deal with .I can't believe that a company as big as allstate would refuse a claim just because they don't want to pay, america was built on a better principle you pay your insurance and they would in turn take care of you, but not allstate. Stay away from allstate.
