Worse experience with customer service. I have left messages for Ricardo himself to call me back if he valued me as a customer and I still have not heard back from him. I wish I had never switched my insurance company to this horrible experience!
Today I’ll be posting my review on yelp and BBB about the stolen money since it’s harder to get a hold of you than the POTUS , I want to make sure you know I left you 4 messages last month and obviously I never heard from you.
