Dr. Cook operated on my foot in Jan 2019. He did an endoscopic plantar fasciectomy and he cut a nerve! I was screaming in pain in the recovery room. I had to be admitted on a pain pump for three days. I told them to take me back into the OR and fix it. Dr. Cook couldn't be found. They tried calling him. He denied cutting the nerve in my foot. I am in constant pain and can barely walk without pain. I wouldn't let him operate on my dog!! The hospitals protect him. He can just take a scapel and damage a patient without recourse... read more
