They're okay
I toured the Ricardo apartments and it was a good experience. I toured two other properties from different companies and this one felt the most comfortable and “home-y.” Gearey, the Leasing Consultant who gave me the tour, was courteous and knowledgeable. The apartment was clean and had everything you need, and the complex was quiet and peaceful. I had a great experience touring overall.
Horrible place to live major spider problems! I have gotten my door kicked in and tv stolen out of my apartment they never even replaced my door just put some solution on it! They so called ordered a new one but it never came! Not worth the rent they charge!!! So glad I am moving out of here
