Richard was easy to talk to, and pricing was good. His siding crew did good work. There were issues with the replacement of two windows. New construction windows were used, and framing was required to fit them. It took more than two days. During installation, I could visibly see one of the windows was out of square. Richard and his team did a good job for a fair price. RiCal was a pleasure to work with to replace my roof. I would use them again in the future.
I highly recommend RiCal Construction, LLC in Raleigh. They totally transformed a storage room in my parent's 50 year old home into an amazing laundry room. They did an excellent job. Richard was great to work with, listened to our needs, was extremely professional and exhibited excellent customer care. My parents are escatic, as they are now 80 and no longer have to go to the laundry mat.
Always responsive, timely, and very competitive prices. Workmanship is spot on, work crews were very friendly and respectful of my property and cleaned up impeccably. They were recommended to me by a coworker and now I would recommend them to anyone.
