When we started our business we weren’t really sure where to start as far as finding someone to help us find the right place that met all the requirements we hoped to find. Rica was patient, showed us several places, answered a bunch of questions, and was with us every step of the way. She made the process go very smooth with her knowledge in the industry and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease a property.
We stumbled onto Rica and it was the most fortunate accident for my business! She worked around our schedule, answered hundreds of questions and knew all the tiny nuances of the trade that got us the best deal possible.
