The medical service is just fine. The billing department is not. After one office visit for a physical, the bills came in pieces over the next 14 months. Without sending any further bills or contacting me by phone, the office sent the lab bill to collections, and then two months later, sent a bill for the co-pay to collections. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Did this provider show attention to detail? No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. But. I have tried to get a call back for test results and a prescription for the last week, and have had no luck. It is now Friday morning, and a whole week has gone by with no call back. The other doctors and NP in his office are fine and professional. Dr. Garrison is a jerk. I was having horrible breast/nipple issues when I was nursing my son. I was given various antibiotics, but the burning needles feeling in my breast kept returning. I lived 5 mins. from his office and could make it there before closing time. I begged him over the phone to see me because I knew I couldn't get through the night with the shooting pain and having to nurse my newborn.
