I have been in the optical business my whole life and had an excellent eye exam here!
I can finally see again after 5 years. I am a particularly difficult case and Dr Rios was able to bring me to 20/20, for which I am extremely grateful.
I saw Dr.Rios in his Surprise location for a routine Contact lens prescription refill. He is an outstanding OD and an even better person! And his staff is top notch: warm, kind, attentive, highly competent. I'm married to a retired OD and we ran a private practice in Oregon. I wish we had had Dr. Rios practicing for us! Or better, I wish WE had worked for Dr. Rios!
Dr Rios is knowledgeable and very personable . He spends the time to really get the patient the care they need. Such a great experience. I highly recommend this Dr and his team. Thank you Dr. Rios!!
My eye exam was top tier! From the receptionist, to the pre test, to the eye exam with Dr. Rios everything was amazing and personable. Jessica checked me in at the counter and she was so polite and ensured all of my information was correct. Cori took me back to pre test and he was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and in the know about what he was looking at.
