Professional, well spoken, knowledgeable team with the nessecary experience and equipment to suit your plumbing needs. Immediately responded to my call / called back promptly with a date. Showed up on time and i was very impressed by their knowledge and equipment. These guys dont mess around, they are the real deal! :) thanks guys! :)

I would recommend RIC Plumbing to anyone……..their first attempt at ratifying my problem was not quite 100%, so they came back and tried something else that is perfect..a shout out to Nate, Noah and Nate for the awesome job done in grueling heat. My second job with them and i couldn’t be more impressed with their work, their ethics, and their dedication to their customers…..thank you again

I called RIC to investigate my backed up yard drain tile that was collecting water. I made it very clear to their office that I had no detailed information about the system or the location of any cleanouts. Despite this, they sent out a crew who spent exactly 14 minutes on-site from when I received their phone call to when they left. Their "solution" was to suggest I put down some topsoil and then charged me $81 for essentially doing nothing. Scott and crew are the best. In the past I’ve lived in Lockport to Mayville and used quite a few plumbing services. These guys were recommended to me via a former coworker and now I won’t call anyone else. Not expensive, not cheap, but hands down the best.
