Once they lost the 2 nurse practitioners, They definitely went downhill. The receptionist couldn’t handle the paperwork & now I’m getting charged for paperwork the receptionist forgot to send me. I’m glad they are closing!
I seen Catherine James for a while, she was really great in many ways. Now they don't return calls until days later. Had a very rushed 5 min appointment with the new provider. Will not be coming back.
Set up a Dr appointment here. Then was told to call for blood work ahead of time. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE EVER! Tried to cancel my appointment 8 times. No call back. Then they send emails saying you missed you appointment. Trash people work here with Garbage Dr's. RUN!!!! to Ribera.....hope you loose everything!
I was very disappointed after my appointment a couple weeks ago. I have been a patient here for almost 3 years with Catherine and she was amazing. I made a new appointment to establish care with the new provider and she spent all of 5 minutes and a copay later just to tell me that they can no longer send my prescriptions through insurance and that I need to find a new provider. Would have been so much easier if they just told me over the phone a month ago when I made the appointment. They knew why I was coming in. Wasted tim... read more
