This company is the worst I have dealt with in 40+ years in real estate. In particular is Autumn Gardner. She is rude, condescending, and untruthful. I made a mistake renting from this company and suggest that you read the Yelp reviews before considering any contract with them. I caused a minor plumbing problem then they charged me five hours of the 'un-handy' man's two failed attempts to fix the problem which could have been easily fixed it two hours.
