First time going to this location and the customer service was through the roof. I didn’t get the waitress name or the manager but both of them helped with our order and extremely polite. The food was amazing and we got there about 40 minutes before they closed when I know they were wanting to go home but they didn’t show it. 5 stars will be back.
A Satisfying Stop at Rib Crib The staff at Rib Crib were friendly, and our orders were correct. I liked the chicken plate with onion rings and smoky beans, but the iced tea was too weak for my taste so I was able to switch drinks-Problem solved! My friend got a loaded spud and appreciated all the chicken but found the skin too hard and the large dollop of butter too much, which was easily removed. The selection of sauces is great.
