Ordered the "Motherlode" to get a variety of meats and see what RibCrib does well. The chicken, brisket, and pulled pork were excellent! The hot link sausage was actually the weak link among the meats, with a smooth, fat-saturated texture that I didn't much care for. The Original BBQ sauce was very good. The fried okra and baked beans were both good but not best-in-class. Service was very good; our order came SUPER fast, and our drinks were kept well-filled. Overall, a visit that we enjoyed.
This place serves anything BBQ or Smoked. It's well worth the trip for a meal, delicious food , large portions, good service. Ribs are a special treat fall off the bone tender. Brisket done to perfection . Well, worth returning to when you can. We give it a 5 star plus.
