We are very satisfied with the work Chris completed at our home. The bidet installation was a challenging project, two other plumbing companies had declined, citing the complexity of the job. Chris approached the task with expertise and professionalism, completing the installation efficiently and to a high standard. His knowledge and skill were evident throughout the process. Tim did a great job replacing the valve to my refrigerator's water line, quick and neat. In addition, without me asking, he proactively adjusted the water heater timer for me to save some gas. Appreciate!

Because of the great service we've received in the past from RPS, they were my first call when I discovered a noisy external pipe. I needed an immediate triage/diagnosis of what this was in order to avert another water leak disaster. David was onsite in a few hours and quickly found the cause and helped me get ahead of the underground pipe leak..
I called frantically on my way to work at 8 am about a leak and they were professional on the phone with clear customer service. They came around 1 pm to our law office. The techs were friendly and easy to deal with. The price was reasonable. Would use again.
