As someone who has been living here since August of 2014, I'm being polite when I say that this place is an absolute shit hole. Management and maintenance never get anything fixed on time, and it's unacceptable. Our washing machine broke, and it took them over a month to fix it. Now our dishwasher has been broken since before Christmas. It's now early January. They say someone will be up to look at it that day, but it never happens. Very nice place but it's not taken care of. Trash all over the parking lot. Common areas are filthy!!! Been there 3 1/2 months and still have not completed the repair items on our list when we moved in!!
