Communication was wonky. I brought in glass for a quote and was told I would get a call the next day. I had to call a few times over the next three weeks (didnt always pick up) to figure out a quote. In the end, I never got a quote and they had just done the job. This is a huge miss from the business. Im giving it 4 stars because the work was done well at an excellent price
I brought in a window for them to quote me on a repair. They said they would call me the next day. After a few days, I called and they said I would get a quote within the week. It has now been 2 weeks since I brought in my window, which they still have. No quote, no communication. If they can follow up soon, I may modify my review. But very disappointed so far
Went to get some pricing and supplies, Desk Clerk was ok but what pissed me off was the technician working in back had asked him some basic questions of Window screen frame that he should know. just answers like a robot saying I don't know to multiple questions, if you don't know, then you should not be a technician at this company, find a different position!!
