I was recommended to Rib Mountain Eye Care and Dr. Puent by a co-worker, as I was looking for a new clinic due to insurance changes. Right away from getting appointments scheduled for my son and I, to helping me pick out frames while I waited for Dr. Puent, to my exam with Dr. Puent, all of the way to the end finalizing my glasses and taking my payment, the staff and Dr. Puent made feel welcome, comfortable and that my voice was heard. Doctor is always great at explaining things to me when I ask questions. Rest of the staff is so helpful. I had new nose pads put on my current glasses without even asking for them.
