Just lost our business in drive thru. Since we now have to call in before picking up thru the drive thru, it would bode well to answer and then once you answer and put on hold actually come back to us. 10 minutes is excessive.

How do you as a bbq restaurant run out of shoulder at 6:30 pm on a Friday night? Highly disappointed!! Will not be back. Worst wings I have ever had!!
