Beef brisket was melt in your mouth! Everyone was friendly and the food was good. I can't believe children under 4 eat free. I have never seen that before.

I eat Rib City at least once a week!! This is my favorite place in Rifle!! The environment is homey, the staff is friendly, and the food is reasonably priced and delious!!! The carrot cake is the best, but the pumpkin crisp is to die for!!
