Horrible customer service experience. My take out order was screwed up. When I got there, they had no record of my order. The manager, Heather Patterson, came to settle the problem. I ended up having to borrow their phone to call my wife and get her order again, so I could put in our order for a second time and sit around for 15 minutes waiting for the kitchen. This place sets the bar very high for BBQ! The food is outstanding, our server, Tammy, was a doll and the prices are the most reasonable I've seen for BBQ in a very long time. Now ordering dessert to-go because I'm way too full to eat it here but I must have, lol. We will definitely return to enjoy another incredible meal!!
