Our menu includes a variety of items to please even the most particular BBQ connoisseurs. We always use real backyard barbecue techniques. All of our meat is cooked in the smoker, basted with the Rib City signature BBQ sauce, and then slow-cooked over hard woods. You'll notice a distinctive Rib City BBQ flavor.

Out of Towner Keeps Coming Back – I go to Salt Lake a couple of times a year. I don't have any good BBQ in my home town, so I always take the time to go to Rib City Grill
Fantastic Resturaunt – Have been a frequent customer past couple years and always have a great experience. Their food is to die for. The turkey sandwich is great as is the chicken sandwich. And for dessert the Pecan Pie is a must.
