RecommendedMary was our server today and she was amazing she was always checking up on us and served amazing food , this place has the best atmosphere and wonderful food, wonderful ribs yum, also try the steak burger too so delicious, and also try the baked potatoes love those and if you like fish they got some of that too I was so amazed how wonderful their food is, been there two times and always a great experience. Thank you Mary and Rib City. 😁
the food is great, and the customer service is good
Food was mediocre and the price was high compared to the lack of quality. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich. It was cold and lacked flavor. Mac and cheese was hot. However it also, lacked flavor (couldn't taste any cheese) and the pasta wasn't cooked enough. Server/ greeter was negligent, kept disappearing and hanging out at one table talking. There were few customers in the restaurant. Service should gave been better.
Good food, reasonably priced, and friendly waitstaff.
Trip advisor, yelp, and Facebook let me down. I probably should have sent everything back and just went to chili’s for better ribs. And that pains me to say that. I love ribs, but what did I expect in a strip mall in Ohio. Shame on me. Plus the “fresh” salad got a hard pass. Meh.

Best ribs I have had. Great service. Super affordable pricing. Great for family or go to separate bar and enjoy keno and bar atmosphere
