great ribs at a good price
First visit tonight. Ribs were great and the full rack was indeed full. We can't seem to find ribs with that much meat in the local stores. We shall return.
The same famous ribs and other BBQ that we always got at the Dayton MN outdoors location. But now, we can enjoy them indoors with a nice fresh craft beer from Nordic Brewing right here in Monticello MN. The perfect pairing IMHO.

Yummy ribs, very smoke, great barbeque sauce they make themselves. You crank get a 1/4 rack, 3 ribs, which was plenty for me :) We will be back
