IF I COULD LEAVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT I HAVE BEEN IN THE UCF AREA FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS AND I USED TO GO THERE ALL THE TIME TO DO MY EYEBROWS AND NAILS, THEY CHANGED THEIR MANAGEMENT AND THE PLACE WENT DOWN THE DRAIN.THEY HAVE A LADY CALLED TAMMY, IF SHE EVER OFFERS TO DO YOUR EYEBROWS OR SERVICE TO YOU I RECOMMEND THAT YOU RUN THE OTHER WAY. I have been going here for several visits and was a so so experience, not very personable or friendly, its like this is my job now lets get it over with, well today when I was in I was in for a fill... well toke my own polish and same as always went to check out and was charged more than double for my service.. was $15.00 for the fill and $20.00 for polish because they had to use electricity for my gel polish.
