IF I COULD LEAVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT I HAVE BEEN IN THE UCF AREA FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS AND I USED TO GO THERE ALL THE TIME TO DO MY EYEBROWS AND NAILS, THEY CHANGED THEIR MANAGEMENT AND THE PLACE WENT DOWN THE DRAIN.THEY HAVE A LADY CALLED TAMMY, IF SHE EVER OFFERS TO DO YOUR EYEBROWS OR SERVICE TO YOU I RECOMMEND THAT YOU RUN THE OTHER WAY. I have been going here for several visits and was a so so experience, not very personable or friendly, its like this is my job now lets get it over with, well today when I was in I was in for a fill... well toke my own polish and same as always went to check out and was charged more than double for my service.. was $15.00 for the fill and $20.00 for polish because they had to use electricity for my gel polish. My sister and I had our nails done here and were so disappointed. Our technicians hardly greeted us and never gave us their names. My technician watched a movie the entire time she worked on my nails! We both have fingers covered with hang nails. My finger nails and toe nails were rough and scratchy when she finished. She walked away before I could ask her to smooth out the rough edges. Save yourself the aggravation and your money, go somewhere else!

I wanted to try a new salon so i went here, and will not be returning. the nail tech was checking her phone basically the entire time. I kept telling her my nails were not even on both hands and it didn't get fixed it. as well as, was not a good experience and I'm not hard to please.

I went to this salon on January 19,2013 and had the best service it made me feel as if i was actually at home getting a pedicure and manicure. I would strongly suggest Vuu/ Voo when you go there, he really cares about his customers and makes sure you leave satisfied. Great environment to be in for relaxation!
