The construction quality isn’t good , the response from sales once you sign the contract is even worst . The construction team would insist on a 5 star until u give rate them and once done they would act like everything voids warranty . The finishing is not good . If you ask questions they respond it’s as per guidelines. I realized this late until I visited my other friend’s new home and how good and professional the constructions look good .
