I was extremely disappointed in the salon as I booked a cut and color online and was sent a confirmation email only to be told that they didnt actually book me. The receptionist was extremely apologetic when I showed her the confirmation email and she tried to get me in but I would have had to wait over 2 hours and pay a higher price for a more experienced stylist (owner).
